What we will work on
7+ hours of group workshops and individual branding consultations across the program,
with an on-site content lab to put it all into practice
1) Content creation for founders
Learn what to post, how to shoot videos and which formats work on different platforms, with real examples from other founders. Build a simple content plan and start putting it into practice during the camp, with feedback from the content mentor.
2) Content lab
Use what you’ve learned in the workshops to experiment with your own content, with tips and guidance from our on-site content maker. You’ll also get photos and videos from the week to share on your channels.
3) Time for your own work
You’ll have 3–4 hours on weekdays to get your own work done. Take your calls, catch up on tasks or sit with other founders to brainstorm something specific.
4) 1:1 branding consultations
A 20-minute individual consultation focused on your own brand, content or messaging questions. We’ll share booking slots before the camp. Send your specific questions and relevant links in advance so the expert can prepare for your session.
5) Founder playbook exchange
Share a five-minute playbook on something you’ve mastered, with practical steps others can use. Learn from the room and find founders whose experience is relevant to what you’re building.
6) Company branding workshop
Clarify your company’s brand story and messaging with an expert. Work through practical worksheets and leave with a first draft to develop further in your 1:1 consultation.
The fun part
Explore the coast together

Nazaré in big-wave season
December is big-wave season, with waves that can top 20 metres. We’ll watch from the viewpoints, though the ocean hasn’t accepted our calendar invite yet :)

Cabo da Roca & Praia da Ursa
Spend Saturday exploring Cabo da Roca and hiking to Praia da Ursa, with lunch together afterwards and time to rest back at the villas.

Time with a coach
Our coach will join us for conversations by the ocean and guided evening sessions, with room to reflect and slow down through tea ceremonies, meditation, breathwork or sound healing.

Evenings for the plot
Long dinners, board games, a midnight walk by the ocean or the slightly wild idea someone comes up with over dessert. Stay up talking until 5am or head to bed at 9pm. Both are valid strategies.

Optional morning surfing
Three morning surf slots are planned. Book a lesson and try catching your first wave, or keep the morning for yourself.
*Outdoor activities may change with the weather and sea conditions.
December 8–13, 2026

December 10 · Work on your brand
Time for your own work, a company branding workshop and individual branding consultations. Try out content ideas with guidance from the content maker, then slow down over tea or an evening practice with the coach. Morning surf is there if you want it.
December 11 · Work, then Nazaré
Start with your own work and individual branding consultations, then head to Nazaré for coastal viewpoints, wave watching and a coffee stop. Back at the villas, there’s dinner and an evening with the coach.
December 12 · Cabo da Roca & Praia da Ursa
A day for the coast: Cabo da Roca, the hike to Praia da Ursa and lunch together. Rest back at the villas before our farewell dinner and one last full evening together.
December 13 · Wrap up & head home
Breakfast, a final surf for those who want it, check-out and a group reflection. Share what you’re taking away, make plans to stay in touch and have lunch together before the shared departure transfer.
This is the planned program. Final timings and outdoor activities may be adjusted.
Ericeira · Praia do Sul, Portugal
Your home for five nights

A few practical questions
When and where?
December 8–13, 2026, at Ericeira · Praia do Sul, Portugal, around 45 minutes from Lisbon Airport.
Do I need to be a TRMNL4 alumnus?
No. The group brings together TRMNL4 alumni and new faces. You can join without having taken part in one of our programs.
Can I see the full hour-by-hour agenda?
Yes! Email Nataliia at nataliia.varhich@trmnl4.com and she’ll send you the full agenda.
How do the 1:1 consultations work?
Each participant can book a 20-minute individual session focused on their own brand, content or messaging. We’ll share the brand expert’s available slots in advance so you can book before the camp. Send your specific questions and relevant links ahead of time so the expert can prepare.
Can I get a single room?
Yes. Everyone has their own private, single-occupancy bedroom. It’s included in the price.
Which airport should I fly into?
Lisbon Airport (LIS). Shared airport transfers on December 8 and 13 are included, as are transfers for our scheduled activities. We’ll share the group’s pick-up details in advance. For departure day, the current plan is to reach the airport around 14:45; flights from 18:00 onwards let you join the full final morning.
Who is this for?
Founders building D2C brands, consumer apps, AI products, hardware or marketplaces who want to work on their brand, learn from each other and spend real time together.
Will I have time for my own work?
Yes. On our working days, we set aside three hours for your own work, usually in the morning or early afternoon, around 09:00–14:00. Timings vary depending on whether you’re surfing, with some later afternoon slots for surfers. The full agenda has the daily details.
Can I bring a friend who’s also a founder?
Yes! Good founders tend to know other good founders. Your friend will need to apply and be accepted too. If you join together, we’re happy to offer a small discount.
Do I have to surf?
No. All three surf mornings are optional. You can use that time to work, rest or have a slower start. Surf lessons are paid separately.
Can I see the full list of participants?
The group is still coming together. Get in touch and we’ll share the confirmed participants so far. If you’d like to know who else is joining before you commit, just ask.
What if I’d prefer not to be filmed?
Just let us know before the camp so we can plan around it.
